If it was just Labour, Maori, Greens, NZ First, and National, a 'non vote' would count for something, but I don't count those who chose not to vote as voters. To me, voters are those who can and do vote, and if you don't even vote for a protest party (Bill and Ben part anyone?), complaining is pretty poor. /rant +1 (where's that damn button :p) |

As I’ve said before, voting at a General Election in NZ is akin to voting for which form of Cancer you’d prefer to die from. I thought there was a glimmer of hope when the present lot got in but that glimmer turned out to be a mirage. However, I think there may be a fair bit of truth in this sign. ;) 4903 |
