That list certainly gives some. It shows why Rio Tinto may have been finding it hard to sell some of the plants they want to. I read somewhere that one of the Arabic countries were going to build an aluminium plant to use their cheap electricty (from gas) to power it so that they could encourage big car companies to set up there. I notice on that list that one of the biggest plants in the world is in an Arab country.	Digby (677)
