1356535 2013-10-19 08:46:00 Hey,

Exchange: 2003
Mailbox Size: 60gb
Number of Sent Items: 4.5 million (99.9%)

So far anything that I've connected to it has taken the server down and needed a restart :)

ExMerge, Outlook 2003 to 2010 (Exchange and IMAP), Webmail...

Nothing seems to be able to deal with those 4.5 million Sent Items. And I need to delete everything in Sent Items that is over 6 months old.

Any (sensible) ideas welcome!

Found two articles, one is from Exchange 2000 the other from Exchange 2003. Dont normally deal with exchange, but looks like its a possibility>

Two articles: exchange-server-2000/management (www.msexchange.org) and 2003 Settings (blogs.technet.com) :2cents:
