219275 2004-03-01 09:26:00 As I understand it, ethernet works though cables (or wires) while wireless (at least in this context) connects computers etc without wires.

You can buy wireless adapters aplenty and nic's (network interface cards) that work with computers connected by cable.

Are you looking for a single adapter that does both?

I had a look around a month or so back but didn't find any.

219276 2004-03-02 03:34:00 D-Link have an ethernet to wireless, client device, the DWL-810. You might find using a usb connected wireless device more economic (if you can accomodate it). wuppo (41)
