| 221875 | 2004-03-12 07:02:00 | my friend's mouse curser is frozen big time. It's a newly installed optical version (Genious) Same as mine on Windows ME so no compat problems I'm sure. Reboots don't help. It was working after install but has ceased to move. Any suggestions? Bit of a prob when you can't even nav the desktop eh? Thanks for help |

| 221877 | 2004-03-15 03:42:00 | I had one of those and it was useless. Same brand, same thing. I threw it in the bin because I couldn't be bothered to go back to the shop. I'm almost ashamed to say it, but my Microsoft Optical replacement has served me well since, takes some punishment and still works fine 18 months later. |
