| 221783 | 2004-03-11 16:53:00 | Is there anyway to INCREASE the "trying to connect" time before I receive the "Error 504" message? I am useing XP and IE 6 with SP1. Please no comments about how good other browsers are. Jack |

| 221784 | 2004-03-12 00:05:00 | No point trying to increase your time out period because there is no one home at that address: HTTP Error 504 - Gateway Time-Out Unable to connect to origin web server. The web site you are attempting to access is currently unreachable. This may be due to a network outage, or the web site might be experiencing technical difficulties. Small tip: if you make your subject line a bit more descriptive about your problem, rather than a general comment, you might attract the atttention of people who can help in that matter. eg: Internet Timeout Error 504. |
