222564 2004-03-14 10:20:00 I use to run Me with no problem but since upgrading to XP Pro media player, real player, Quicktime no longer display the video though sound is okay, all I get is a blank screen. It was not a clean install. Enigma (5400)

have you got the latest vers of real and quicktime?

what video drivers are you useing?

222569 2004-03-15 05:34:00 trouble with codec packs is some codecs/filters can cause conflicts with other codec/filters you already have, some are known to be buggy and cause no end of problems. others are just not needed. i used to use codec packs but i had to disable some of the filters to get some movies to play correctly. also its quicker to download just the ones you need.
