| 222613 | 2004-03-15 02:28:00 | Can someone please help. I have a signature laptop (which is just over 2 years old and running XP)and recently 3 keys stopped working , they are _- {[ '". I haven't spilt anything on the key pad. I press the keys and nothing happens. Can someone please tell me what causes this and how to fix it. Thank you. |

Thats indicative of a break in a PC track or mechanical problem on the PC board I would suspect. The circuit boards are up to 4 layers deep. Hows your skills at microsurgery? |

Looks like I'll need to take it in to get operated on. No skills in microsurgery, I'm liable to do more damage...haha. Thanks for the info. |
