| 223275 | 2004-03-17 09:12:00 | Hi all. Hey - just out of curiosity - how much does it cost to host a banner ad on a site - i know it depends on how many hits they get etc, but how does it work? Would a site set a price (and if so - how much is it usually) or do you pay per hit or something? Thanks Alex |

| 223276 | 2004-03-17 19:17:00 | Fergie It is highly variable. Some pay on hits, many use a system that is monitored by double-click (they must have a website, it's a web-wide thing. They have deals based on 30,000 impressions (like hits but not the same, unique hits, maybe). See the IDG one here: PC World Rate Card (pcworld.co.nz) There's a bit there to look at. robo. |
