| 1358636 | 2013-11-03 22:41:00 | Hi Win XP, SP 3; Brother multifunction printer I've been using my computer and printer without problems for months. Since yesterday my computer is continuously rebooting when printer is connected with usb and turned on. For a very brief moment a blue screen appears and then computer reboots. I've downloaded and reinstalled the latest printer driver from the Brother webpage. Computer still reboots. Can somebody please help me. Many thanks for your help. |

| 1358645 | 2013-11-03 23:41:00 | Sweet, tell us what the BSOD says once it finishes. And if it gives / shows the name of a file / driver, what's it called? It maybe a faulty port. Or something that infects USB flash drives. If it only crashes when you use USB | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
