2013-10-28 21:24:00 | I still like Firefox. | wratterus (105) | |
2013-10-28 22:16:00 | So you're bummed that the built-in email client is being ditched? Why not use Chrome or Opera and just find an email client you like? Chrome has real nice built in debug tools (Ctrl + Shift + J on PC, slightly different on Mac), but you've really only given those two items as "issues"... So why not just find a nice email or webmail client instead? Hell with Chrome you can even "Create application shortcuts" which works a treat for web-based mail.

2013-10-29 02:49:00 | I agree with Chill, stay with Opera.I have stopped updating from 12.16 and I will stay there until the Fat Lady Sings.Even if it gets old it's still better than 95% of the other stuff out there IMHO. | ruup (1827) | |
2013-10-29 03:11:00 | Opera now has a standalone Mail , www.opera.com Personally don't use it , have found Seamonkey an excellant browser and the "built in" e-mail really good. | golfer (6609) | |
2013-10-29 04:15:00 | I'm in Chrome all the time on Mac or PC if I'm testing sites in IE8. I also use Firefox a lot. Ideally I prefer Chrome as you can type your search query into the URL window and you get results straight away. My preference would probably be for Chrome with Firefox running a close 2nd. Both have lots of useful 3rd party extensions. | Webdevguy (17166) | |
2013-10-29 05:49:00 | Firefox as my main browser as I found the 64bit versions didn't support some of the plugins I use, I also have Iron a Chrome deviant but seldom use it | gary67 (56) | |
2013-10-29 22:41:00 | I go the infernal firefox and it's ass-ons. The ass-ons I can't do without are Adblockplus and Ghostery videodownloadhelper (so I only use the bandwidth one time) speeddial I used to have more. I live without them now,

2013-10-29 23:31:00 | I'm sticking with Opera 12.16 in the mean time. Opera 19 the latest is pure crap. It maybe more compatible that old Opera but it's got none of the features that the old one had. If I eventually change I think it will be to FireFox. I'm already using FireFox Aurora as my second choice.. | paulw (1826) | |
2013-10-30 07:10:00 | I'm with ruup and paulw. Moved onto the newer versions, seems like they are a bit lost about their average customer profile. Bling v useability, sorry Opera have now moved back/(forward) to 12.16 and this just works for me. I probably will have o move on to a newer browser one day, but it won't be Opera in its present form. | PPp (9511) | |
2013-10-30 07:16:00 | the new opera is somewhat frustrating. lack of bookmarks in particular. but some features (ie adblock) can be done with plugins. i'm trying the standalone opera email which is find ok.
