1337090 2013-04-17 08:33:00 Yeah I think that was a pretty silly acronym for the PM to use in a tiny nation like NZ. It is possible that there is scientific knowledge here on weaponized viruses/bacteria, and related delivery systems. This stuff can be developed anywhere in the world and are considered Weapons of Mass Destruction as they should be.

For example, imagine a jell which could protect and feed bacteria whilst being vapourised. Very useful in industrial and medical applications but...oh so nasty with anthrax in an air conditioning system.

The trouble is most us think of things which go bang when we hear WMD and John Key should have enough sense to know that. Fail.
