223628 2004-03-19 20:30:00 I've been using a super el-cheapo generic internal modem, labelled ITeX ADSL PCI NIC - had it for a year now without any hassles. Very easy to set up, and the beauty (apart from how cheap it is) is that it is as easy to use as a dial-up setup, eg if I want to change username it's just two clicks Greg S (201)
223629 2004-03-23 03:58:00 Just for chillings knowledge. What you have is not a d link but is a dynalink modem. These are 2 seperate companies. And greg you will have an alh110. Both are very good modems and my friends will only use dynalink. The good thing about dynalink is unlike dlink they are based in New Zealand and know what telecom and the nz conditions are like. hoopzta (150)
223630 2004-03-23 06:57:00 I have been using an RTA220 myself at home, and am VERY impressed with the built in Firewall. I had NO PROBLEMS at all with the blaster worm, and saves me running a buggy software one. I also like the support for DMZ and UPnP (Online gaming), and use the VPN support to connect to work.
So for the money I paid, im extremely happy with what I got.

I strongly recommend this model.
