I have tried a few times to install on my windows XP "security update patch KB 828028" when its about half installed my computer locks up and I have to reset computer to get it going again I haven't had this trouble with any other updates. Any help please. Mick |

It installed fine for me from a manual download and install.
Were you trying to install it after downloading manually or with the Win XP built-in update downloader? |
