| 224064 | 2004-03-20 12:08:00 | Hey :) I purchased NASCAR thunder 2004 today... installed it... ran it.. said i had not enuf memory....but box said i require 254mb.. and my computer said 254mb is on computer? but it only detects 190mb? so that means it shares it.... cant i still run the game even if memory lower would mean a "lower" grade of performance? if yes..how can i bypass the error window saying low memory... am using winxp home Chris |

This applies to both single and multiplayer games. at a guess is you have winXP with 256 ram with 64 being shared to the onboard ram giveing you 190 ram for the system to use, hence it won't run. go buy some more ram. |

| 224068 | 2004-03-21 01:37:00 | Rather then buy more RAM why not get a real video card? assuming your system has an agp slot... From what I have seen of late it will cost you much the same.. |
