223980	2004-03-22 06:52:00	Actually I was curious when the site was down for about an hour before 2 p.m. today (Well, it was for me) Wondered if this was a chance .....etc? Just a dream.. Seems to be 26 minutes fast now... but the main reason for this post is a request for more info - based on Chill's last post.. What's a GUI & what does it do? Yes, I can Google, but I'm sure one of you lot can do it briefly & simply.	Laura (43)

Just means the 'front-end' of a program or operating system where you can navigate with the mouse and can click on icons to execute commands instead of typing them all in via a command line like in DOS and Linux. Basically Laura, There's no mouse plugged into the PressF1 server. No Start Menu.... Try this: Click Start Run type in: cmd Or for Win9x, type: command That's the Command Line... Thats how (If Bruce or the powers that be agree) I would admin the system.... Only from a Linux console, not a Windows one (You can do a lot more in Linux than in doze from the CLI) Chill.
