| 223803 | 2004-03-20 00:58:00 | Win XP Home. I've been tearing my hair out on this one for a long time. I d/l & installed the latest version of SB but the only display I get is in full screen mode and without the l.h. side menu. Today I installed SB from a disk, which came with a magazine, on a pc running Win ME and the display immediately showed the menu. So I also installed SB from the same disk on my XP and still can only display the full screen mode without the menu. Conclusion: this has got to be a bum setting somewhere in XP, but where. Any ideas please?? Thanks V... |

| 223805 | 2004-03-20 09:14:00 | Thanks zqwerty - I e-mailed Kolla.de some weeks ago and that was one of the suggestions from them too - but it doesn't work on my pc and I can't work out why not - what a frustrating thing on a Saturday night!! Oh well, maybe just have to live with it, the proggy seems to run ok as is, but if someone comes across this problem on this or any other forum I'd like to hear about it. Cheers all - clocks back 1 hour - an extra hour in bed - yippee V... |

| 223806 | 2004-03-20 10:12:00 | Suggest uninstal SB, run jv16 Power Tools cleaning Registry and any unwanted files, dump the SB download you have, re download SB and try again. The last SB update I installed in XP Home Ed took ages to download and I eventually just started the download, went for my dinner and then installed it. | FrankS (257) | ||
