224442 2004-03-23 02:46:00 How can I get back my window viewing default setting?
After I have installed Adobe photoshop Element V2 in my computer,it lost the default setting for viewing photo through the window default viewer because photoshop element took over the viewing default setting.(Adobe Photoshop Element V2 take long time to load the program than window default viewer).
Can any one help me?
Thank you.

224443 2004-03-23 03:13:00 Under Windows Explorer, navigate to a picture with a file extension that you want to re-associate.
Right click and select "Open with"
Then "Choose Program" and select the program (e.g. Windows Picture and Fax Viewer) that you wand as the default.

Tick the box "Always use the selected program..." OK out

Repeat for 1 file of each type (.jpg, .tif, .bmp etc) that you want to re-associate.

All the above is covered in the FAQ's from memory.

Click on 'File Types' tab

Scroll down the list until you see 'JPEG' and highlight it.

Click on Change

Select prgramme you want as default then OK

Repeat this for the other appropriate files eg bmp, tif
