| 224267 | 2004-03-22 02:05:00 | Hi, I'm using Office 2003. When I'm in an Excel or Word doc and I try to 'Send To' the document, I get the following error: General Mail Failure. Quit MS Excel, restart the mail system, and try again. I can't seem to find any MSKB articles that address this issue (successfully). Have already made sure there are no dialog boxes open in Outlook, Outlook is the default mail client, mapi32.dll is in the system32 folder etc. Thanks, Brendan. |
