2004-03-22 02:03:00 | Best isp? No such thing. I use xtra because they are the only isp that provide a constant good connection in my area,However from what i could glean off WTF's posts about the subject all connections into non-major areas are done over a service that telecom/xtra provide to all the other isp's. Which means Telecom/xtra are directly responcible for the lower then acceptable connection speeds of every other isp that provides a service in my area. *&^%$$*()&*% telecom, bunch of (&%#@&()_"s

2004-03-22 04:35:00 | No,i was forced to go with Xtra due to the monoplistic manuvering of the evil empire. | metla (154) | |
2004-03-22 04:52:00 | I've only used Xtra. My connection is good .Occasionally get thrown off for no apparent reason, but that's fairly rare. So that's it - if you want connection only? Price - more expensive than some others for unlimited hours, I think.($27.95 monthly) Help Desk (Reason I chose them -as a novice attracted by the 24hour service) - Getting worse as I get better, it seems. Mainly young people who sometimes take a while to even understand the question. I don't bother with it nowadays. Press F1 is so much better...

2004-03-22 05:18:00 | For a dialup connection i say ClearNet. Great service, always get connected, however sumtimes quite slow. But generally quite good :) | ?DiGaDiNg? (5374) | |
2004-03-22 05:59:00 | Well I was with Voyager until they ditched domestic services and because my phone was with Clear it was simple to go with Clear. I have no complaints about Clear, $24.60 flat rate, always get on line - though as someone remarked can get slow sometimes - when they have a heavy load I think... So my vote obviiusly goes to Clear... | Sami (667) | |
