| 224973 | 2004-03-25 01:35:00 | Umm bought something off ebay and the person supplied me his account number with a bsb number. What is a bsb number? Is it the number that comes in front of the person's account number For example Tsb bank is 15-39 then your account number. Is that 15-39 called the bsb number?What does it stand for? Sorry for posting an unrelated topic online.Having a bit of trouble understanding the terms used !! |

NZ system is Bank ID - Branch - Account Number - Account type. e.g. 12-3456-7890123-45 In case you haven't noticed NZ is not yet part of Australia, we don't have "States" :) |
