| 225175 | 2004-03-25 20:31:00 | I have a genius 1212HR III digitizer. some of the time it initializes fine on bootup but some times it takes up to 6 reboots to get it to initialize. I am running windows XP. When it fails to initialize properly if I hold the left click puck button and drag it moves the pointer. But that is all it does. the problem has to be in the boot up procedure any ideas any one. the manufacturer is no help, guess when I will buy another of their products. |

Unplug the tablet from the serial port. 3. Reboot XP. 4. Install supplied drivers. 5. Plug the tablet back in again. I have seen some tablets get "screwd up" by windows probing for a mouse / modem. |
