| 225048 | 2004-03-25 07:16:00 | Hi Guys Have a problem where I am getting frequent disconnection while running Internet Explorer. Dial up connection is stable in every other situation e.g. OE, updating virus software or just with an open connection - but as soon as I open IE it disconnects in about 2 minutes, seems to be especially chronic at the Windows Update site. Win XP Home fully updated and patched, no viruses, no Spyware have tested the scenario on Clearnet, Actrix and Xtra connections - all display same problem. Any ideas on this one? Regards Mark |

| 225049 | 2004-03-25 07:39:00 | Try a Repair of Internet Explorer from Add/Remove Programs>Internet Explorer. Failing that, go into IE Tools>Options>Advanced>Restore defaults. Let us know the results. |
