| 224979 | 2004-03-25 03:00:00 | Please help with my installation of MS Encarta Reference Library 2004 DVD on Win XP SP1 computer. I choose "copy to hard disk" installation option, after copying for a minute or two, it asks to"Please insert the disk labelled:Reference Library Disc 2". My package only come with 1 DVD! What gives? |

I know zilch about DVDs myself, but provided you're sure the complete programme is on ONE disk, someone else on the forum may be able to help. If you should actually have 2, go back to the retailer who sold it. Is there any information on the box? |
