| 225457 | 2004-03-27 07:02:00 | Hi I have a HP 960c that prints B&W ok but in the colours it only has red tones. all the blues, greens etc are missing. Tried new HP cartridge and also "printer clean" but still the same. any hints? | nalla (1386) | ||
| 225458 | 2004-03-28 05:06:00 | Suggest check that Change Default Settings | Advanced all settings are in the middle of the bar (or click Factory settings). What you have is usually where the red has been overfilled and seeped into the other colours. Suggest take the colour cartridge out of the printer and gently dab it on a clean tissue you should see 3 different colour stripes. Go to welcome.hp.com and enter HP 78 Print Cartridge or HP Deskjet 960c Printer for more info. |
