| 225307 | 2004-03-26 11:26:00 | Yes, fora in Latin, but forums in English, according to Oxford. Better stick to English, as fora (squares or marketplaces in ancient Roman cities) means "out of doors." Which would mean that only those of us using laptops outside in the dark right now are actually in this forum...... |

| 225308 | 2004-03-26 11:57:00 | Boring :| I thought this WTF thing was supposed to be entertaining. Well never mind I'm starting up HPPFTWE next Friday (Hot Post Pads For the Week Ending). It will feature the likes of stu1337 and megaman, two examples and absolute godsends for the cause. HPPFTWE promises to be much more entertaining. Its good to have competition right? - That was rhetorical BillyT, we know your a member of the telecom anti-competitive monopoly board (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz). HPPFTWE will include posts with un-warranted use of > > > symbols and posting 2 or 3 times in succession to a post of your own, without including more useful information. My sidekick PostPadCop reported to me 3 occurrences this week of people posting 3 times in reply to their own post. Absolutely absurd, I know. I wanted to ask you BillyT, when you did WTFWE number 1. Was it WTFWE #1 or WTFWE #01? I want to get this right for plagiarism's sake. TIA. |
