| 225917 | 2004-03-30 01:49:00 | NZHawk Firstly, I would try to repair IE and OE (if it has a repair option) under Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs. Then if that fails look here (www.all-windows.com). Oxie (Lyn) |

| 225918 | 2004-03-30 02:13:00 | I got that, and in the end I couldn't even get into Windows . It kept on screwing everything up, so, I did the only thing I thought I could, I formated the hard drive . Hope you don't have to resort to that |

| 225919 | 2004-03-30 02:26:00 | WUCRTUPD is windows critical update notification . Have a look here ( . answersthatwork . com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist_w . htm" target="_blank">www . answersthatwork . com) for info . It could also be a virus/worm which drops a file of the same name in your windows folder . Update your anti-virus and scan, run spybot or adaware (or both) and follow the instructions at the above site . Back your data up first . Cheers Murray P |

| 225921 | 2004-03-30 04:27:00 | Thank you everyone for your responses. I have uninstalled MS Critical updater, then uninstalled Norton Anti-Virus and reinstalled it. Once this was completed everything worked fine. |
