| 225947 | 2004-03-30 05:01:00 | Using MS Word 97 SR2 I have inherited a simple form which contains 3 dates I would like to make these dates as fields such that by updating (one each year) the other two automatically calculate. The first date would be 1st April YYYY The 2nd date would then be 31 st March YYYY+1 The 3rd date would be the same as the first date Is there a way in which I can do this in MS Word 97 or do I have to remember to MANUALLY change each of the THREE dates individually ? |

In the properties dialogue there are a number of options for default text, date format, calculation and running macro's. There is also a drop down form field that might work. Have a play and see what you can come up with or try the associated help or, have a look at Word MVP (word.mvps.org) which should be able to tell you how if it's at all possible. Cheers Murray P |
