| 225680 | 2004-03-28 11:48:00 | Hi Team Some time ago I archived a series of emails relating to one client to dedicated in/out shortcut folders. The folders and emails remained accessible and I referred to them from time to time. Tonight I went to look up an old email and found that the folders had disappeared from the shorcut menu. The folders still show up if I browse under the advanced search function, and the emails seem to be intact, but I can't find a way to get the folders back into the shortcut menus for normal access. Any ideas? Cheers Billy 8-{) :( |

Or there should be a small button above that left hand menu, and you can click on that and add it to the shortcut bar. Might be able to give more details tomorrow :) |
