Please help I'm new to computers. I have just received the security update cd but I'm not sure whether I install it or use it as back up encase I have to re-load windows in the future. All my security updates are up to date on the windows update site, I do them on a regular basis. Is this what the cd is or is it something different that I need to install now? What would happen if I install it and I already have all the fixes etc?

It will tell you that your system is up to date, and that you do not have to do anything... |

Just put the CD away in a safe place with your other computer's CDs for use when you have to reload Windows one day. ;-) |
