When downloading email messages in outlook 2000 all messages download no problems apart from any sent in html form, they are all blank, I have changed every setting I can think off in the programme and still nothing works. have uninstalled and reinstalled and makes no difference, can anyone help... |

Try sending yourself an html message and see if it opens, this will confirm if the problem is at your end or elsewhere. |

No sorry didnt help some of these are newsletters - have run ad programmes virus checkers etc as well... |

Yes I did send myself a message and it didnt come through properly - sent it with coloured background etc, have checked all the settings in outlook. |

thanks for all the replied, I may have fixed the problem by uninstalling the whole office programme and then deleted the pst file and reinstalled. |
