226576	2004-04-01 11:15:00	Heya. I have Pc Cillin 2003. Just wondering, when I try to do update it says check internet connection. If you're behind proxy enter settings etc. I dont have proxy but I am in a network. Just wondering where I can find out what ports to open up. Thanks	Kibito (623)

If you connect to the internet using a proxy server, check the Pc cillin proxy settings. I just installed it about 2 weeks ago maybe. Updates never worked though. Also while I'm here, I have a problem with norton which is why I'm using Pc cillin. I try and install 2004 norton and it keeps having an error during the installation. It just says an error occurred during installation and could not be installed etc. I don't know why but it's like I had Ws32. Walla or something infect all my files and I had to use panda to clear it off which I'm not sure if it did properly Anyway it all started cause my win xp pro install screwed up after a while cause of the virus I'm pretty sure so yea. Bit of a dilemna. Norton won't install :/ I even did the preinstall virus check :/	Kibito (623)

226581	2004-04-01 14:45:00	with norton 2003, if you have the "terminal services" service disabled, you can't install norton. maybe 2004 is the same... go to start/run, type in services.msc and have a look at terminal services. if it's not running hopefully starting it will allow your install to go ahead. dan	nadius (3249)
