| 226939 | 2004-04-03 10:22:00 | When I try to play a music CD through the CD writer I get an error message..."Windows media player cannot find the specified file....." If I click on help the reference to the error message appears to relate to finding music files on the internet??? (My OS is windows 2000) Many thanks |

| 226942 | 2004-04-03 12:48:00 | Is the writer connected to your sound card? You could try installing something like Winamp and making it the default player for music CD's, and see if that works. It'll help troubleshoot whether it works or not. |
