| 1359468 | 2013-11-11 05:42:00 | Every time I try to access videos I have previously viewed, plus new ones - using the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox - I get absolutely no sound. There's a small cross beside the sound control under the video screen, where there used to be sound waves. I would really appreciate any and all suggestions as to why this has happened. I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro C850 running Windows 7, and use NOD32 (64-bit version)... Tidy_Tony |

| 1359474 | 2013-11-12 03:42:00 | Have you tried dragging the little bar to the right of the 'X' all the way to the right? The new changes on Youtube appear to have broken a lot of the sites functionality. I can no longer click on the 'X' to unmute videos. | icow (15313) | ||
