| 1359416 | 2013-11-11 04:39:00 | I've been hearing for a while how good 24/7 hosting is and their support service is really good and fast/effective... Are those recommendations actually true? I've emailed them yesterday - was told estimated response time 59 mins...so ok i'll wait... today - no response - so emailed them again and was told estimated response time 19mins... still nothing, so ringing them now - been on hold 59 minutes so far? Is this normal...or am i just getting in touch at a bad time for them? |
