No I don't actually, there were five or six different chassis' involved, but you made the bald statement that the K9 was the only model (or chasssis, if you prefer). Gross exaggeration diminishes your argument to the point where it becomes vanishingly small. I couldn't see it.......... Cheers Billy 8-{) :devil |

I have grungingly heard from some that more ethnic groups are increasingly streaming in certain job/industry segments - including partnershps and ownerships, buying up businesses - and end up employing substantially their own people. Out East Auckland will be another, again mini city, cluttered housing, and woeful traffic jams. Foreigners, that don't really know if have any affinity for our country but seek to semi isolate themselves, seeking or creating their own hybrid employment business premises, possibly (likely) displacing NZ's - where to? Australia? |

I am not suggesting that NZ go back to the dormant state of the late 60's, but I do think that private importers should be charged customs duty & GST. When I came to NZ a night out consisted of the choice of going to a restaurant for mutton or fish & chips with Watty's Sauce, on red and white check table cloth, or the Cinema. There wasn't time to do anything else, everything closed. The pubs closed at 6pm, there were no seats drinking was not an enjoyable pass time. You swallowed jugs of draft beer as fast as you could and then went home drunk. I was fined for trading on a Saturday. You could buy an axe head, handle & a pot of glue, but not a complete axe. |

And also extra large unemployment percentages to match. Would not call USA rich, as it's being held up by Chinese Bonds, so a very large creditor country. Lurking. |

Well its easy to pick a few basket cases, but I could also quote you lots of countries with big populations that are doing well. Of course at the moment the "world" economy has a problem in that it produces too much for the number of people with money to buy the stuff. But that does not change my argument the NZ would be much better off with say 20 million good people spread out all over the country. |

| 1337390 | 2013-04-19 20:04:00 | @1101 ....Singapore has more people than NZ in the size of Lake Taupo. Look at population densities around the world and you will find that ours is very low. But that does not change my argument the NZ would be much better off with say 20 million good people spread out all over the country Digby We might need to look at those places how they manage the 'productive' land and how they are often tight with themselves opening up land for new living spaces, here in NZ called subdivisions. I see more and more good productive land squandered in lifestyle blocks. Why are we not able to have such 'activities'(lifestyle blocks) organised so we have both, living spaces and 'production' land. At random subdivisions without infrastructure, e.g. shops, schools, churches, reserves for play...., are certainly not helping. It is often left to the 'developers' to "free up" land. Are those guys thinking multi generational? I doubt it. |
