| 1359563 | 2013-11-12 07:09:00 | So today everything was normal until i went to watch a video on youtube. I couldnt hear anything. Evebtually i just turned both the youtube an speaker sound to max just to be able to hear a whisper. Im using gamecom 780 headphones that use a USB connection. Just wondering if this is fixable or if i finally have an excuse to go out and buy a new pair of headphones? | Slankydudl (16687) | ||

| 1359566 | 2013-11-12 10:07:00 | Have you checked that headphones are not set as the default on your audio programme? If you pull the headphones out of the USB connection, what happens? Can you hear sound through the computers inbuilt speaker/s? Do you have any external speakers connected to your PC? |

| 1359567 | 2013-11-12 22:07:00 | i don't have any other speakers attached. the headphones are set as default and if i record system audio it shows up at its normal levels but plays back quiet through the headphones... I tested another pair of regular earpieces and their sound level is fine. |
