227976 2004-04-08 02:38:00 My Norton antivirus programme has begun warning of a Trogan Horse in a file called "iq.exe" which seems to relate to a virus or something called W95.CIH and says it cannot repair or delete the offending file. I have no idea where this is coming from. Any ideas anyone please? Cymbalz (4460)
227977 2004-04-08 02:45:00 What OS do you have? e.g. Win 95/98/98 2ed/ME/NT/2000/XP pro/home/ 2003 server. stu140103 (137)

227979 2004-04-08 03:12:00 It could be hiding in the system restore file which would give you trouble. Try turning off system restore (right click my computer, system restore tab). This will delete all current restore points. Now run your virus scan and see if it picks it up. If it doesn't your away. Turn system restore back on if you want. Might pay to make a new restore point as well. Hope this helps.

I would recommend rebooting the computer straight after turning off system restore and then running the anti-virus scan.
