| 227834 | 2004-04-06 23:37:00 | Hello PJ. Everyone has to pay in sterling to use the Census but you can buy sterling vouchers from Beehive Books in Auckland. But maybe the info you seek is available elsewhere. As a first step contact Grace Phillips, who is Convener of the Wanganui Genealogy Group on g.p.phillips@xtra.co.nz to discuss what to do. We would need to go to Wanganui LDS to check them out first,(Tuesdays only). And/Or go to a larger centre like Palmerston North or Wellington to get UK info. |

Also thers is a better selection of BDM fiches there. We do use the Free BDS on the Net, The trouble now is that we are "before" the 1838 startup of the UK govt records. Thanks PJ |
