228177 2004-04-09 02:43:00 How do I make the default date format New Zealand instead of US. I select NZ but when I enter the next date it has reverted to US or Belgum???? Colpol (444)

228179 2004-04-09 03:48:00 Go to Control panel > Regional and Language Options (or equivalent depending on your OS) > Customise

This gives you the default date etc. setting, which will be adopted by Excel when you reboot (or maybe before you reboot, it may just require a reload of Excel - depends on your OS.
