| 228179 | 2004-04-09 03:48:00 | Go to Control panel > Regional and Language Options (or equivalent depending on your OS) > Customise This gives you the default date etc. setting, which will be adopted by Excel when you reboot (or maybe before you reboot, it may just require a reload of Excel - depends on your OS. |
