| 228752 | 2004-04-12 00:36:00 | Hey all, I'm in a little trouble here. My internet seems to disconnect itself after two to three minutes of me staying on the internet. I checked to see any problems and it turns out that there is an unknown file "rasautou.exe" that runs every time it disconnects me from the internet. I beleive this is a virus infection, and as I usually dont keep uptodate with my anti virus software, its most likely possible that it is in fact a virus (dont ask me why I dont update em...). Im finding a solution to this, and I was wondering if any of you know how to fix it? My OS is Win XP Pro. Thanks, nav. |

| 228753 | 2004-04-12 02:23:00 | It will either be a virus of spyware (I suspect the later, but plug the filename into google if you want to check). For virus protection: If your subscription has ended, grab a copy of the free AVG (www.grisoft.com) scanner. For spyware, check out FAQ 8b (follow the FAQ link above). |
