228634	2004-04-11 09:34:00	windows xp pro, 500mb mem, Win fast 2000 xp delux TV decoder card, # 1 monitor Standard video out card, #2 Win fast Geforce 4 mx 440 se gpu TV out . If I set --settings - control panel - Display - settings select monitor 1 tick extend windows desktop to this monitor and tick use this device as my primary monitor . monitor 2 tick extend windows desktop to this monitor . I can now move most programs between PC monitor #1 to TV #2 monitor But on 1 can omnly move a smaller window around the PC #1 monitor but not outside it If I now change settings to monitor 2 tick extend windows desktop to this monitor and tick use this device as my primary monitor . monitor 1 tick extend windows desktop to this monitor . I can now move all programs between both PC monitor or TV #2 monitor . When I start a previously unopened program with this set up it will only open on the TV #2 monitor . So if I am on the net for example I need to move it over to the PC #1 Monitor, close it down then next time it will open on PC # 1 monitor . This means that if TV is OFF I need to turn it on to allow this to be moved and any windows type messages are missed when on PC # 1 monitor . Also I don't want to change the program running on the TV while I fix it up to run on PC monitor	Advocar (1098)
