| 228876 | 2004-04-12 12:04:00 | Hey, Google keeps (when I search for somthing) bring up these search results: sal.neoburn.net and sal.neoburn.net I have done a ad-aware 6 scan and nothing of use and no virus so what is it? Thank You Gods-Hitman~2004 |

| 228877 | 2004-04-12 12:35:00 | Just compared it to the results I get with the same search, and someone is definitely replacing some of your results. A couple of things to try: - Have a look at your hosts file (\windows\system32\hosts) and see if google.com is being redirected. - Give spybot a go. It might pick up something adaware missed. - Then try some of the apps here (www.spywareinfo.com). See what BHOlist, StartupList, and HijackThis turn up. - In the IE options, advanced, untick "use 3rd part entensions". - Use something more secure than IE ]:). |
