Telephone support: To speak directly to one of freenets support engineers simply call 0900 freenet (37336) between the hours of 8am and 10pm Monday - Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Before you call, please have your reference number or username for your freenet account handy. calls will cost $1.98 per minute, so make sure that you're the person responsible for paying the telephone charges. | 229402 | 2004-04-18 03:53:00 | WTF - thanks for your suggestion. I seem to remember that I tried to contact Splurge by phone in their early days but couldn't find a number. As a result of your post I checked their site again and it now mentions that they are part of Mercury Telecommunications - which does have a listed number.
