Once your billing cycle has turned over you still need to call Orcon to getit activated. sometimes it also requires a call to Telecom -Orcon can confirm if that's required |

Turns out the request from Orcon to Telecom to switch me over to jetsurf was denied because incorrect details were sent. so that would explain my slow speeds. while at the same time having a static IP and orcon saying jetsurf (as orcon has me as jetsurf but telecom has me as jetstart) |
