We've just set up 3 PCs (all running winXP Pro) in a home network using Netgear ProSafe FR114P router/cable internet. All machines can access the 'net, but one of them won't have anything to do with downloading email. The message received on choosing "Send/Receive" is Cannot load dialog. Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection. Does anyone know what this is all about? Thanks. |

have you set the gateway in the network properties to be the router? |

ok, where you set up the ip addresses there is an option for the gateway. put the routers ip in there. |
