229731 2004-04-17 08:49:00 Hey mate, I just sell the stuff. Metla buys the scrap glass :D I'll take it off you for free though and sell it on tradme, if that was the intention. PoWa (203)
229732 2004-04-17 09:03:00 uh.....I would have preferred to have some input into the price my company is going to pay for the glass,,,,

Anyway, I’m off to file for bankruptcy, Powa, best you make up the spare room, I’m gonna have to sell the house to pay for the glass so me and the wife will need a place to stay…..

229733 2004-04-17 09:05:00 6,818.18 kg of glass to be exact (6.818 tonnes)

Sent it to you in 5 kG packs by courier, with freight payable by receiver (you).

Courier cost = $15 per 5 kg's gives $20,454.
No charge for the glass, pleased to be rid of it.

Enjoy

229734 2004-04-17 09:10:00 hey PoWa you can pay for Metla to come and stay with me while the company gets off the ground, you have to look after Metla, when the bank takes his house . . . . . .

by the day or by the week PoWa ? what would suit you???

and partners stand by each other dont they????

beginning to think taking the glass to the recyclers is much easier dont you????

Ahh it clearly states on trademe that buyer pays for delivery costs, so that would fall on you Godfather :^O .

Metla you can lower your prices for buying glass . I suggest around $1 a kg, then I cover your costs with the sale I made .

They buy 1kg of broken glass off me for $50, then they have no use for it, so they sell it to you for $1 and we make $49 off that deal, and resell the glass onto someone else . Split the takings 50/50 . No need for bankruptcy .

229736 2004-04-17 09:41:00 Ooh we got a question from a potential buyer metla:

"Is it safety glass or ordinary glass?"

What are we selling?

Anyway I'll have to make a few short policy changes on the site.
PoWa (203)
229737 2004-04-17 10:06:00 it would have to be a mixed assortment.

The product has to be completey useless, and many types of glass can be recycled, unless someone mixes it all togther.

No .
What am I buying? Nothing . I am not the buyer .
You are .
"Buyer pays for freight and packaging"

> > I'll take it off you for free though and sell it on tradme, if that was the > > intention .

So, clearly you are the "buyer" . I am a seller in this case .
Just because my selling price to you is $0 does not change the terms (which are clearly posted by you) .

That's the contract established now, in a public forum, so I am fulfilling the terms .

As these are your own terms, you should have no problem with them?

229739 2004-04-17 10:19:00 No worries,ill send round a truck,it can take the lot,no packaging required.

Only a madman would courier that amount of product.

Give me an address and ill arange it,If there is no glass at the given address you will be billed for the truck hire.
