230265 2004-04-18 03:06:00 Seems that PressF1 has a means of indirect formatting of URL's, as from HELP
where you can use things like:

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears;
I come to bury Caesar, not to praise him.
The evil that men do lives after them;
The good is oft interred with their bones;
& etc. (www.artofeurope.com)

Is anything similar available for email programs, Outlook, Express, Pegasus, Eudora, etc., or does one always have to enter the full and direct URL, or go thu one of the indirect link websites?

230266 2004-04-18 03:13:00 In OE, type 'the words' or whatever you want as the text for the link. Highlight it, and then click the litle globe+chain icon on the formatting toolbar.

This will allow you to specify the URL for the link.

Required HTML e-mail, however OE does that by default.
