| 230567 | 2004-04-19 12:29:00 | For some time now when I am on the net Sygate Personal Firewall detects somebody scanning my ports. 80, 3127, 1025, 2745 and 6129 are common but they are changed depending on who is scanning my ports. I have scanned my Win XP Pro SP1 PC with updated AVG and Spybot and they find nothing. Do I have a little nastie that they don't detect? Is my problem something to be concerned with? Rob :| |

| 230570 | 2004-04-19 12:35:00 | does it give you a ip number if so do a whois on the ip number I remeber once reporting my isp (should have done a whois on that ip number it was one of thier servers) to to my isp for port scanning, isp's ping your pc to help maintain the connection. there are many sites that allow whois searchs just type "whois" that into google you find one |
