| 1360566 | 2013-11-21 21:54:00 | I previously had a couple of "must-have" apps from Google PlayStore on my phone. Now when I try to re-install them I keep getting the message that they're already installled, whether I try it from my phone or PC. Anyone have any ideas on how to get round this? I've cleared all history etc from the device, tried it with and without wifi but still no joy. |

| 1360567 | 2013-11-21 22:10:00 | You sure they are not installed? I've had icons change or move and had trouble finding apps before. A factory reset and starting over should work as a last resort, not sure what else to try. I have mine set to back up apps and contacts and after a reset it tends to reinstall everything itself. |
